Adding a new command is possible using any of the following options :
- Help feature on ribbon
- Help feature on ribbon Quick access toolbar menu
- Help feature on ribbon Quick access toolbar menu Options box in backstage view
The Help feature is located at the top of the ribbon. It allows users to type in their query which then returns their search result and allows them to jump to the feature they are searching for or the action they wish to perform.
By right clicking on the command to be added to the quick access tool bar , On the shortcut menu of the quick access toolbar, click add.
The backstage view also allows adding commands to the quick access toolbar, the backstage view can be accessed by clicking the file tab and selecting options.
Both the copy and paste and cut and paste features are used to copy typed documents or formats, then paste into another cell. This isn't used for adding a new command.
