Answer:

The biggest argument the Anti-federalists group had against the constitution was that it wads giving away so much power, giving it to what they wanted to be the federal government. While also taking away powers from state and local governments. They also feared that even the constitution would be without a bill of right and what this means in a more basic sense is that people wouldn't be guaranteed their basic rights (Which of course they were wrong to thing so)
