Political at federal level: Political authority is divided between two autonomous sets of governments, one national and the other subnational.
Political at state level: A state through its lifetime may have many different political systems, as Russia or China. It consists of formal and informal balance.
Political at local level: Local politicians are regular people who want to help make decisions about local services. They can be called local councilors, town councilors, or parish councilors.
