Can someone please help me graph y = 2x - 7

The y intercept is (0,7)
And from there just go up 2 and across 1

y = 2x - 7 is written in slope intercept form. Slope intercept form is written like so:

y = mx + b

m is the slope ($\frac{rise}{run}$)

b is the y-intercept (were the graph intersect the y axis)

In this case m (the slope) is 2 and b (the y-intercept) is (0, -7)
