My problem
I am a primary level principal in Nepali government school. There are five classes and only three teachers. It is very difficult to teach effectively. I want to manage each class a teacher. So I have to write a Official letter describing my school's conditions and manage 2 teachers post and their salary to the Nepali for Nepali (INGO- International Non-Government Organization_ institution) But I have no idea to write. Please help me kindly,
