La "pis saladière" in Monaco is an Italian flat bread (like a pizza dough) with anchovies and onions. on the top of it.
I have to write this name with a space after "pis" otherwise it says improper word.....but it's one and only word.....
But before, the bread was cooked with anchovies and onions, so I guess your answer is a small pie made from anchovies and onions.
The punctuation isn't very clear so, I'm not sure what your choices are........
