Government: This is where some people claim traditional government started. They had a senate which is the same in many ways of say the American government but they also had empowers thrown into mix.
Arts: Ancient Rome had many famous artists mathematicians and scientist and many famous pieces they made sculptures and painting wrote books and many other things.
Economics: They thrived with at one point controlling most of the world under the Roman empire the rule was only ended once they were attacked by barbarians.
Religion: Most Romans followed Catholicism and Religion was a big part of the ruling even holding power in some political powers.
