According to a study conducted by Healthy People 2020 last 2015, it was found that approximately 36 percent of adults in the U.S. do not engage to any type of physical activity. Regular exercise was proven to help reduce the development of heart problems and other illnesses. However, in another study, it was estimated that among heart patients only 15 percent undergo rehabilitation after they are discharged. This supports that only a few Americans exercise on a regular basis.
