Answer: No because it’s a disease a disease that can not be blamed on someone. It’s like blaming someone that has a cold, it’s not there fault they did not cause it. People have done research and it’s an actual integrity in the brain that causes them to think irrationally. In the court of law a person who is mentally ill os not responsible for there own actions.
