To prime factorize, you find the prime factors of 128, and 192

Prime factor of 128: 2*2*2*2*2*2*2 , so 2
Prime factor of 192, 2*2*2*2*2*2*3, so 3

128/192 = 0.666 reccuring
2/3 = 0.666 recurring
