Presidential succession list is important because it provides guidelines
of a well-ordered transfer of power as the need arises. In such cases as
inability to fulfill one’s duties due to the following reasons: death,
disability, resignation or impeachment as stipulated in the Constitution. When the list is prepared, there will be less confusion and disputes regarding whom will be appointed as leader.
