Can I have my French checked? Did I write all my French in the present tense?

so I am meaning to say " I have a backpack, my bike, a tent, my sleeping bag..."

I have it written as "j’ai un sac à dos, mon vélo, une tente, mon sac de couchage,..." Is that grammatically correct?

In addition, I need to say "some food and water" in French. I have that written as "de la nourriture et de l'eau." Is this grammatically correct, too?

Furthermore, is this piece of French correct?

I wrote "je suis aller à la pêche," wanting it to say "I am fishing."

"de la nourriture et de l'eau" - This is grammatically correct

"je suis aller à la pêche" - IS WRONG ( It's meant to be Je pêche )

suis allé = passé composé de "aller". The past participle has to agree with the subject. If "je" is a woman talking --> "allée"; if it's a man talking --> "allé"

I am fishing = je pêche (the action is being done)

so it all depends of the sentence ....

could be "je vais à la pêche"= I  go fishing ........................
