how can I graph this y=-4 and y=4

ok so think of a coordinate plane right on the y axis we have a positive 4 going up then we have a negative slope going down which is -4 the other way to the left

What you need to do are

1) Design the landmark completely with the negatives numbers and positives numbers

2) How you gonna graph y=-4? and y=4

do you see in your landmark there are two 4 which is in the y line

Hint: y line is the one that perpendicular with the x one

so you gonna do 2 lines parallels 

one line up and the other line in the -y
