Easily attainable, short term goals are something that people don’t need to think that far ahead such as passing a test, getting through the work day or even just being able to complete your weekly work out

They should be reasonable.

For example,

Let someone say you want to do some exercises. You shouldn’t start off with 300 sit-ups on your first day you should start off with something easier such as 15-20.

This should be a goal that you can get easily so that you can be motivated to do even better!
