Well in my opinion, I would say false because it could be somewhat dangerous in some cases...

from Mins, to you

if your one of those people who don't wanna read paragraphs and get done and done, your answer is false.

the answer is false even though weight lifting is an efficient way to increase muscle strength. it must be done carefully to protect growing bones. Adolescents should not do power lifting. Heavy weights can actually cause damage and might stunt the growth of bones. Exercises like push-ups that use your own body weight are safe, as are lighter free weights with frequent "reps" (repetitions). It's safe to lift any weight you can lift ten times in a row, and the best strength training is to lift as much as you can lift ten times in a row.

this is correct on odyssey ware :3

Brainliest is appreciated to help me get to the next rank!  Good luck kiddos in 6th grade  :)
