Hi,
Oliver should first remind all selected members to join the team about importance of work ethics for the company during the induction stage. This should be followed by engaging team through regular communication , training and surveys that demonstrate the best work ethics principles. Oliver then should demonstrate work ethics in his behavior( walk the talk method). Forth, Oliver should award and recognize those employees who adhere to proper work ethics. This could be inform of money rewards or other forms of motivation to inspire others to achieve the same. Lastly, Oliver should choose a role model for his team who value and practice work ethics. This individual can interact with team members to help explain the company’s expectation out of the staff.
