2) Law of Cosine because there is a trapped angle (an angle between two sides). The Sine rule would not work for this as there isn't a pair of side and angle opposite one another.

3) a^2 = b^2 + c^2 - 2bc * cosA

Substitute the values in:

a^2 = 440^2 + 255^2 - 2(440)(255) * cos(57)

a^2 = 136408.0005

Square root it:

a = 369.334

CB = 369

4) a/sinA = b/sinB

As we are working out an angle, it would be this way:

sinA/a = sinB/b

Substitute the values in:

sin(57)/369 = sinB/255

sinB = sin(57)/369 x 255

sinB = 0.5795690917

B = 35.42024

It would be 35 degrees

5) Angles in a triangle total to 180 degrees

180 - (35 + 57) = 88

It would be 88 degrees
