Answer: The length would be 11 cm

since the width of the rectangle is 11 that means the opposite width should also be 11. Which equals 22.

44 which is the total perimeter minus 22 which is the sum of both widths equals 22. So the sum of both lengths should be 22.

22/2= 11.

I do not think this would be considered a rectangle anymore due to it have four equal sides.
