Amendment 5 is basically just rights of the accused. It prohibits self incrimination. We see this in court. You can't be accused of something unless convicted of the crime by a jury(court). This right is important because otherwise people would be charged for things left and right and that would mean that there would be no need for investigators and detectives because the suspect has "been found."
