MY THEORY >>>>
are you coughing heavily or congested?
if so you might have bronchitis??
THINGS THAT WILL HELP>>>
but just some remedies for chest pains are things like
apple cider vinegar
tiger balm on your chest
heating pad/laying down
hot drinks (honey and tea is best)
Humidifier or something that will increase the rooms humidity
eucalyptus or peppermint oil in a diffuser or just put some under your nose
IMPORTANT TO KNOW>>>>>
When you have bronchitis, it's important to loosen the mucus in your chest so you can cough it up and breathe more easily. The best way to thin mucus is to drink plenty of fluids like water, diluted fruit juices, herbal tea, and clear soups. Aim for eight to 12 glasses a day. Try to stay away from alcohol and caffeine.
BRONCHITIS CAN LAST UP TO 4 WEEKS IF YOU DON'T TAKE ACTIONS NOW
here's the definition of bronchitis>>>
"Bronchitis -- sometimes referred to as a chest cold -- occurs when the airways in your lungs are inflamed and make too much mucus. ... Acute bronchitis is more common and usually is caused by a viral infection. Acute bronchitis may also be called a chest cold."
