The chronological order of the deaths in Act V, Scene 3 is Paris, Romeo, Juliet. Romeo first kills Paris. Romeo sneaks back to Verona to die next to Juliet. And after this Juliet kills herself next to Romeo, because she better die rather than live without the love of her life.
