Need help on the even-numbered ones.(sorry it was at the bottom of the page)

Find the GCF of both terms.
10) 36x + 24 --> GCF = 12
[tex]\dfrac{12}{12}(36x+24)\quad \rightarrow \quad 12\bigg[\dfrac{36x}{12}+\dfrac{24}{12}\bigg]\quad \rightarrow \quad 12(3x + 2)[/tex]
12) 4x + 9 --> GCF = 1 so cannot be factored
14) 2x - 4 --> GCF = 2
[tex]\dfrac{2}{2}(2x-4)\quad \rightarrow \quad 2\bigg[\dfrac{2x}{2}-\dfrac{4}{2}\bigg]\quad \rightarrow \quad 2(x - 2)[/tex]
16) 12 + 18x --> GCF = 6
[tex]\dfrac{6}{6}(12+18x)\quad \rightarrow \quad 6\bigg[\dfrac{12}{6}+\dfrac{18x}{6}\bigg]\quad \rightarrow \quad 6(2 + 3x)[/tex]
18) 15x + 8 --> GCF = 1 so cannot be factored
20) 50x - 300 --> GCF = 50
[tex]\dfrac{50}{50}(50x-300)\quad \rightarrow \quad 50\bigg[\dfrac{50x}{50}-\dfrac{300}{50}\bigg]\quad \rightarrow \quad 50(x -6)[/tex]
