I just had 2 disney lolipops. My stomach is hurting. Why is it hurting? (actual test question)

A would most likely be the answer because too much sugar is likely to cause a stomachache. also lol what subject is this test in??

I don't think 2 Disney lollipops are going to hurt your stomach, but if they do you should probably drink more water. But honestly I would say A and/or B.
