Travelling by boat is a much more relaxing way to transport goods. Heavy loads of goods could travel by boat more easily than if pulled by horses.

Goods will travel much faster traveling downstream in the canal system.  Take the Panama Canal for instance.  It cut down the time to sail around South america from about two months to at most a couple days.  Plz mark brainliest!!
