Countries have different laws. Per example, in EE.UU a responsible citizen must obey the laws in the United States. Voting is one important right and responsibility of U.S. citizens. Another responsibility for the U.S. citizens is to serve on a jury. All men between 18-26 years old must register for the Selective Service (it means that they are ready to serve in the military if the country needs them). Every year citizens must send in federal income tax forms by April 15th. Must be loyal to their country.
