The first thing I would do, if I became stranded on a deserted island, with my five best friends, would be to explain to them what a government is, and I would tell them that a government is a consensual agreement in which a person, or group, uses their leading skills, and receive power from the acceptance of the entire group, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the entire group.
I would then show them that having a government would ensure that the rights and also responsibilities, of all, for the sake of survival, were met and fulfilled. This way, it would not be just one forcing others to do what that person wants, for no reason at all.
I would also show them that organization in the form of government would ensure the correct use and distribution of resources, which would in turn ensure that all there would be able to survive and live well.
Finally, I would show them that a lack of government, would lead to anarchy, and that would only lead to disorder, and lastly, to problems that could end up hurting the group, instead of helping it survive.
