Kinetic energy of woman is given as

[tex]KE = 9.96 \times 10^4 J[/tex]

mass of woman is given as

[tex]m = 51 kg[/tex]

now we will have

[tex]KE = \frac{1}{2}mv^2[/tex]

[tex]9.96 \times 10^4 J = \frac{1}{2}(51) v^2[/tex]

[tex]v^2 = \frac{9.96 \times 10^4}{25.5}[/tex]

[tex]v^2 = 3.91 \times 10^3 [/tex]

[tex]v = 62.5 m/s[/tex]
