breathe in for 4 seconds, hold it in for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds. Keep doing that to calm down. ( it also helps for falling asleep)
Organize your work. Find what is stressing you out and divide it into steps. Take your time and stay calm through out the steps. Take a break in between steps. This typically works for me especially if I’m in a time crunch. Hope I could help!
