Okay so, if you have a graphing calculator then you can solve it very quickly. To do this, hit
y=120+23x and y=108+24x
After you do this you should get an intersection at the point (12,396)

This means that in 12 years they will be the same height.

(Then simply divide 396 by 12 to get the feet if you want to know how tall that is)
