They should include why they are filling the complaint and what the complaint is for. Also how to best address the issue
A letter of complaint may include the following::::
- day and date
- address where letter will be sent
- address of sender
- subject:why complaint is being done
- date of purchase,model,serial number
- warranty period :whether under warranty or out of warranty
- Guarantee::::is product under any guarantee ?
- suggestion as to how to resolve particular complaint
- threat::if the seller does not pay attention to your complaint,you might go to Consumer Court.
