Research a traditional recipe from a Spanish-speaking country. You may consider looking up mole, tamales, plátanos fritos, posole, empanadas or other recipes. Under the supervision of an adult, try preparing your recipe and see how you like it. Then, in Spanish, record yourself saying the ingredients you needed to make it and then explain if you like the recipe. Provide specific reasons. Feel free to use a dictionary to look up any words you might not already know. You will be graded on (1) appropriateness of your response, (2) use of Spanish, and (3) overall quality of your response. (20 points)
