Tell her friend she is beautiful the way she is let her know shes loved try to help her any way possible tell her gently she might need help make sure she knows your there for her! Often people with eating disorders deny or don’t realize there’s a problem, but that doesn’t mean they’re not ill! im sorry i hope this helped
