The moment you say speech and religion, you are talking about the first (and most critical) amendment. Period.
The fifth is about protection against self incrimination. You cannot be forced to reveal information that will show you to be guilty. It is about double jeopardy: you cannot be charged twice for the same serious crime. The prosecutors have to get it right the first time. These are just guides: there are exceptions.
The 7th is about the right to a jury trial for civil cases that are covered by federal law.
The 8th is about the right not to have excessive bail placed on a person. Again there are details that this summary does not include. The 5th 7th and 8th have nothing to do with freedom of speech, religion petition or assembly.
