The beginning of the Church was with Jesus and the Apostles. To succeed the work they had began, some people were chosen, the bishops and later 5 Patriarchades, but, with time, some differences came up and the Orthodod Church had their Fathers of the Church. The Catholic Church hasthe Pope as its supreme leader.
