A hydrogen bond is formed by attraction between + and - charges on different water molecules.

Basically, it is the bond between two atoms that already participate in other chemical bonds. Hydrogen bonds may form between atoms within a molecule or between two separate molecules.

A hydrogen bond is a bond between hydrogen in one molecule and then oxygen, fluorine, and nitrogen. So a hydrogen bond is between a hydrogen in one molecule and an atom that has electronegativity in another molecule.
