Using a web browser search for "incident response template" look through the first five results and choose one for furthers investigation. Take a look at it and determined if you think it would be useful to an organization creating a CSIRT ,why or why not?

CSIRT stands for Customer Service Incident Response template.

IMO, yes it would, because of the fact that CS has a lot to do with how people treat customers, such as in Walmart, or at a restaurant.
