Answer

If the current is reversed the current-carrying wire in a magnetic field the direction of the magnetic field and of the wire are reversed too.

Explanation

This effect is properly described if we observe the right-hand rule. The current follows the direction where the thumb points, where as the magnetic field direction is indicated by where the fingers will be pointing. When the direction of current is changed, that of the field is also altered.
