That statement is false. As you might as well know, Pangea was the name of a single ginormous continent that existed millions of years ago. As the years passed by, it broke down into smaller pieces, which also broke down and formed the continents we have today.
But, going back to the statement, it cannot be correct since we have all types of climates in different continents, and not all of them are warm and wet.
