                                                            Life Story

    One day, when I was about 4 years old, my family and I were enjoying our dinner. My mom had prepared a delicious meal; Pasta. I was a pretty chubby kid, so even after we finished eating, and after my mom cleaned of the table, I found a way to eat even some more. I decided to eat pasta of the floor. While I was enjoying my floor pasta, my mouth felt something hard and sharp, but it was too late; I swallowed it. I then realized that I had just swallowed a screw. I was choking, and I could barely breath, so my mom had to call the ambulance. It was my first-time riding in an ambulance, so I was fairly nervous. Once we got to the hospital the doctor gave me 3 shots. Aside from being chubby I was also quite strong, so I didn’t cry at all. The doctor then performed a surgery on me and removed the screw from my stomach. The doctors said that I could have died if the screw ripped my intestines. So, I am lucky to be alive.

Gram & Grandpa Came to Visit

When I was around 8 years old my gram (grandma) and grandpa came to visit me in West Virginia. They lived in Nevada at the time, so it was at least a whole day of driving. Before they arrived, I had to clean my bedroom, I didn’t know why but I did it anyway. When my gram and grandpa pulled in our driveway, I was confused but my dad told me to go and see who it was and I saw my gram and ran up to her and gave her a big hug. She came inside and we gave her a small tour of our house. Unfortunately, they only stayed for about a week before going back to Nevada. When they were there, we played games, stayed up late, watched movies, and ate ice cream. It was the best week ever, I love my gram, she’s amazing and really kind.
