Well, the cell membrane regulates what goes in and out of the cell, it all so helps to shape it along with the cell wall (animal cells do not have a cell wall.) So it’s like a guard for the cell.
It is specifically a job of a guard since they let people in and out of a building and they basically protect their wall or their tower. And if you want to connect this to our human body, it basically connects to the brain because the brain is basically a wall for your skull.
