There are quite a few things that new employees face at a new job. For example, a server at a restaurant. Training is hard, especially if the employee has never had experience with serving. Learning the menu such as alcohols, food, beverages, etc. Memorization is key to being a server, this is a big challenge. Another challenge is meeting co-workers. Sometimes they can be very welcoming, but also very rude and snobby. Messing up orders can be a hard thing to deal with as well. Writing down and asking specific questions of what the guest would like is a very high key point of facing this challenge.
