U must go to the gym after your daily basics and eat a very very healthy meal after a workout or after a long day

when I started playing badminton I lost minimum 2 kg per week. I drank enough water and ate everything without restrictions.

But the way in which I played badminton was the way of players.

Conclusion is that if u do hard exercise then u can eat anything and loose ur weight.

This is my personal experience.
