I think it would help if you answer questions the teacher ask or are in clubs in your school it'll help you be more communicative and friendly with other coworkers and a therefore be a well worker and very well respected. It will help if you get work in on time, it'll help you in the futre, for example if you are a writer and your boss askes you to write a 5 page writing on a book he/she made you read if you are someone who always hands in assignments on time itll help with any job like this.
