What do you think would have happened if the indian removal act of 1830 had not been passed and native americans had remained on their lands?

Respuesta :

There wouldn’t be nearly as many, if any, lives lost due to a nonexistent bill. The Native Americans would be allowed to be a part of the government, as they are citizens.  We might have presidents descended from, or are a part of, Indian tribes thinking that America is a great country because it allowed them to stay in their ancestral lands. All of this would be possible if somebody stuck with the idea that Native Americans and European Americans could live together peacefully.
