This is a faulty generalization, or a fallacy of defective induction. In these the premises are related to the conclusion but barely constitute an argument to get to it; they often lead to a rushed conclusion that isn't considering other important variables.
This is an example of a post hoc fallacy. A fallacy is when a belief is based on illogical arguments. They originated from reasoning that is logically incorrect, so it takes away the argument's validity. post hoc fallacies occur when it is expected that, because one thing occurred subsequently of another, it must have happened because of it.
