There are two ways you can find the total.

Either you can do total + total*rate

OR

Total * (1+rate)

Since the second involves less steps, I will be using the second below.

$32.5\times(1+.15)\\32.5\times1.15\\37.375\\\approx37.38$

Since it is money, it is implied to round to the nearest hundreth (nearest cent).

You would pay $37.38
