The slope-intercept form:

[tex]y=mx+b\\\\m=\dfrac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}[/tex]

m - slope

b - y-intercept → (0, b)

We have the points (-9, -9) and (0, 1) - y-intercept → b = 1.

Calculate the slope:

[tex]m=\dfrac{1-(-9)}{0-(-9)}=\dfrac{10}{9}[/tex]

Answer: [tex]y=\dfrac{10}{9}x+1[/tex]
