In your opionion, should the rules about cigarettes apply to e-cigarettes, why or why not?

i do because first of all  it can be harmless means of getting essential oils and might help some people with their addictions to tobacco

I think that rules about e-cigarettes should have the same rules as cigs because they contain lots of nicotine and can do a lot of damage as well. And they can be very addictive
