I agree with that from personal experience of being really insecure i always thought that people were talking about me behind my back, they wer making rumors about me, and they all just heted me for no reason, so i agree with that statement that sometimes people are too sensitive to other opinions. if you dont like my reasons just look at politics!! LOL
