What is the best way to learn a language when you aren't taking classes?

The best way is looking for videos of the language that you want to learn.... The way that i learn a language was watching cartoons, movies and some programs in the language that I wanted to learn !

Watch movies with that language but of course use subtitles, that’s how i learned english
